The eyes of parents, students, and staff will be on the Green Bay Area Public School District today, as they will be meeting to decide if masks will be required in their schools.
The meeting will be held at 5:00 PM via Zoom, and will also be live-streamed on YouTube for the public to see.
Prior to the influx of COVID-19 cases in recent months, the board had actually voted to make masks optional for all students and staff in grades 7 and up.
The Manitowoc Public School District has made mask-wearing optional for all students and staff, but does recommend that they be worn inside school buildings.
