There are two meetings on the docket this evening in the City of Manitowoc.
First up is the Committee of the Whole, who will occupy the Council Chambers at 5:00 PM.
The only item on their agenda is a discussion on a property located at 101 Maritime Drive, which will be discussed in both closed and open sessions.
Then at 6:30 PM, the Common Council will gather in the Council Chambers.
It is a very big night, as the Council will vote on the proposal to change 8th and 10th Streets in Downtown Manitowoc into two-way streets.
Also on the docket, the Council will get an update on the Boy and Girls Club taking over the former Mirro site, and discussions will take place regarding some items proposed for next years budget, before discussing a proposal to install “No Truck” signs on Wollmer Street between South 16th and South 21st Streets.
They will also look over a sex offender residency board appeal for Hunter Jacquart, which Chief Nick Reimer recommends be approved.
