Some parents of students at a Green Bay elementary school say they should have been told when kids were eating marijuana plants on the playground earlier this week. Staff members at Eisenhower Elementary found two students had consumed the marijuana brought to the school by a second grader. The angry parents say they shouldn’t have had to hear about the incident from their kids. The student involved could get a suspension, but police say they can’t charge a child under the age of 12 with a crime.
