There are a pair of meetings scheduled for this evening in Two Rivers City Hall.
First up is the Room Tax Committee, which is scheduled to gather in the Council Chambers at 4:30 PM.
After reviewing the status of the 2021 Tourism Marketing Activities and Room Tax Revenue, they will enter a closed session to continue their conversation with the City of Manitowoc and the Manitowoc Area Visitor and Convention Bureau on their services agreement.
Then, at 6:00 PM, the Personnel and Finance Committee will gather in the Council Chambers.
They will look over the 2021 budget status, and a report from the Department of Revenue regarding 2021 Equalized Values before entering a closed session.
In that session, the Committee will discuss the possible sale of some city-owned properties, the proposed purchase of the former Hamilton property, and other properties, and some possible city assistance for some unspecified economic development projects.
These are the final meetings for the week in the Cool City.
