The Milwaukee Brewers scored six times in the fifth inning of a doubleheader nightcap at Wrigley Field to sweep the new-look Cubs Tuesday 6-3.

The Brewers had won the afternoon game 4-2 behind Freddy Peralta.
Devin Williams got the save and Milwaukee got homers from Willy Adames, Avisail Garcia, and Lorenzo Cain.
The sweep of the twin bill increased Milwaukee’s lead over Cincinnati to seven games in the N-L Central after the Reds lost to Atlanta.
Only the Chicago White Sox have a bigger division lead.
