An arrest has been made in a shooting incident that took place in Appleton last month.
According to the Appleton Police Department, the shooting occurred in the 900 block of West Lawrence Street on July 17th.
They were aided by the Oshkosh Police Department and Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force in the arrest of 18-year-old William D. Hayes.
He has been charged with Recklessly Endangering Safety, Attempted Armed Robbery, Burglary While Armed, and Disorderly Conduct with a Weapon.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
