There are two meetings on the docket for this evening in Manitowoc.
First up will be the Manitowoc Public Utilities Commission, who will gather at 4:00 PM in the MPU offices on South 8th Street.
They will start by receiving a presentation on the Compensation Study before the General Manager gives his report.
Then they will talk about the Custer and Dewey Street Substation battery replacements.
Then at 5:30 PM, the Public Safety Committee will convene in the Council Chambers in City Hall.
After the public is allotted time to voice their comments, the Committee will receive a presentation about a pepper ball launcher from LT. Robert Arps.
They will also discuss truck traffic on Wollmer Street between South 16th and 21st Streets, and a request to evaluate the stop sign at the intersection of Wollmer and South 19th.
