Fox Crossing police aren’t buying the story they were told about an intruder fatally stabbing a 26-year-old man’s girlfriend.
Phillip Dellar was arrested Friday (July 30th) and charged with first-degree intentional homicide.
Officers were responding to a 9-1-1 hang-up call July 25th when they were told that Dellar called back and said someone had killed his girlfriend.
Responding officers found 30-year-old Leianna Mule suffering serious injuries and efforts to save her life were unsuccessful.
Dellar was taken to a hospital so he could be treated for his injuries.
