If he is convicted of using a gun to sexually assault a 12-year-old girl, a previously-convicted sex offender could be given a 125-year prison sentence. Collins Jacobs is accused of approaching the girl December 1st and offering her 100-dollars to go with him to an unspecified location. When she refused, he allegedly grabbed her and dragged her away. Once inside a home on North 27th Street, she says he forced her to perform oral sex on him at gunpoint. He was monitored by G-P-S at the time of the attack. Jacobs was convicted of sexual assault in 1999 and 2008.
