Congressman Glenn Grothman says the administration is trying to distract the public from the situation at the southern border, which he calls a disaster.
Wisconsin’s sixth district Republican says the Biden administration is allowing rapidly growing numbers of illegal entries into the country.
“The Biden administration wants to talk about racism, they want to talk about the COVID, they want us to talk about other issues,” he told Seehaffer News. “I think the reason they want us to talk about other issues is the border dwarfs all the other issues, but they want to put something else in the newspapers, something else on the news.”
Grothman says the illegal wave of immigrants is being orchestrated by cartels, and if they see Border Patrol officers closing in on them while crossing the Rio Grande River, they will throw a small child in the water. Officers then will be distracted saving the child while the load of immigrants continues on its way.
Grothman says the number of illegal entries is growing at a time of the year when it normally drops due to the intense heat in the region.
