A small section of South 21st Street in Manitowoc is going to be closed today for the replacement of a water service pipe.
Traffic will be detoured around the section of roadway between Marshal and Hamilton Streets onto Hamilton, 22nd, and Marshal Streets.
There will be lane closures that will remain until the pavement is restored but South 21st Street is expected to reopen thru traffic by the end of the workday.
