An annual event that illuminates the night sky in Manitowoc is in need of some help.
The Lakeshore Balloon Glow, which is scheduled for August 20th, needs some more people to volunteer their time to ensure the event goes off without a hitch.
Each year several hot air balloons are tethered in downtown Manitowoc and the event features several activities for people of all ages including dancers, karate, juggling, and magic.
