The Give and Go Prepared Foods Corporation has issued a voluntary recall of several muffin products.
The products are packaged under multiple brand names, including Uncle Wally’s, The Worthy Crumb, 7-Eleven, Great Value, and Marketside.
The recall was issued due to a potential for contamination of Listeria monocytogenes which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
