Janesville Man Accused Of Hit-And-Run

Janesville police say the driver was intoxicated when they finally tracked down the car involved in a hit-and-run accident last weekend.  Eliseo A. Ramirez of Janesville is facing his fourth operating while intoxicated charge.  The driver whose car was hit was able to give responding officers a description of the vehicle and its driver, and a license plate number.  Ramirez is being held in the Rock County Jail.
