A Manitowoc man is currently in custody after breaking a court order.
Travis Pickard, age 36, had bail set at $500 cash in Manitowoc County court after he violated a 72-hour no-contact order immediately after being released from jail.
He was again given a 72-hour no-contact order and will appear in court again on July 22nd at 10:30 am on charges of misdemeanor bail jumping and two counts of violating the no-contact order. He is alleged to have immediately gone to the victim’s home after being released, banging on her door and calling her derogatory names.
Later, he was charged with entering her kitchen.
