After losing two in a row, the Green Bay Booyah have bounced back and earned a win over the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters yesterday (July 11th).
The Booyah scored two runs in both the 4th and 5th innings, but allowed three over the following two innings, but were able to hold on and win 4-3 over the Rafters.
The Booyah bats were quiet, only picking up four hits, but they made those hits count. Elias Flowers and Dayson Croes each drove in two runs, as Flowers was the only Green Bay batter to pick up more than one hit.
On the mound, starter Christian Orr picked up the win going 5 and two-thirds innings, allowing four hits, walking two batters, and striking out two. De Pere native Will Semb earned the save, as he pitched the final two innings, allowing only one walk, and striking out two.
The Booyah are back at home tonight, as they take on the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders. First pitch at Capital Credit Union Park is scheduled for 6:35 this evening.
