Another former Manitowoc County Board member has passed away.
County Executive Bob Ziegelbauer says that Lester Koeppel, who served on the board from 1992 to 2000 has died.
In his honor, flags at county buildings will fly at half staff on the day of his funeral, this coming Wednesday, July 14th.
