A 40-year-old Manitowoc man remains in jail following a bail hearing in a case involving repeated sexual assault of a child.
Issac Ruesch was charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child and repeated acts with the same child.
His bail was set at $25,000 cash, and he was ordered to have no contact with the victim, no contact with anyone under 18, and no use of any internet-enabled device.
Manitowoc Police had been investigating the case since April 28th and alleged that it involved numerous sexual assaults on the victim in Oshkosh, Appleton, and Fond du Lac as well as in an apartment the two shared above a toy store in Manitowoc.
Ruesch will have his initial appearance Monday, July 12th in Manitowoc County Court Branch One.
