The City of Sheboygan has announced some upcoming closures to Calumet Drive, resulting in a major detour.
Crews will be working replacing the damaged and cracked concrete pavement, and repairing sanitary and storm sewers along the stretch of road from Erie Avenue to Saemann Avenue.
That work will begin on Monday (July 12th), with northbound traffic being closed, and southbound limited to one lane.
Then, once those lanes are finished, the roles will be reversed, with the detour running on Erie Avenue, North 17th Street, and Saemann Avenue.
The project is expected to be completed by Labor Day, which is September 6th.
