A Green Bay man has succumbed to his injuries, days after a crash in Marinette County.
Sheriff’s Officials in Marinette County reported that 38-year-old Jay Shipla was riding his motorcycle on County Highway X in the Town of Wagner Saturday afternoon (July 3rd), and failed to negotiate a curve near Phillips Road.
Shipla, who was not wearing a helmet, slammed into a tree, and was transported to a Green Bay Hospital.
He died on Tuesday, according to the Marinette County Medical Examiner.
This is the fourth fatal crash reported in Marinette County this year, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
