Several individuals have established a benefit for a “hometown hero” from Denmark who has been diagnosed with cancer.
A news release states that 63-year-old Brian Limberg resides in the town of Eaton, near Denmark, was diagnosed with brain cancer in March.
Since his diagnosis, Brian has not been able to continue working his job for Lakes Gas in Luxemburg. He has also been unable to continue his community service as a Firefighter for the Denmark Vol. Fire Dept. and as an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) with the New Franken First Responders.
In order to give back to Limberg, a benefit account has been established thru Nicolet National Bank. Cash donations or checks made payable to “Brian Limberg” can be contributed at any Nicolet National Bank location around the region.
An event is also being planned for August 1st at CZ’s Bushville Lanes in Luxemburg.
