Following the holiday weekend, there are two meetings scheduled in Two Rivers Council Chambers for this evening.
First up will be the Joint Review Board, who will convene at 3:30 PM. After selecting a public member of the board for TID 10 and 15 and a secretary for TID 15, the Board will look over the plan for TID 10 and review a proposed amendment for that plan.
Then the City Council will gather at 6:00 PM, where they will start by allowing the public time to voice their input. City Manager Greg Bu8ckley will then give an update on staffing, and a request for a congressional appropriation for a Harbor study.
The Council will also be entering a closed session where they will discuss possible city assistance to some unspecified economic development projects, and potential property sales and purchases.
