Police in Fond du Lac are investigating a report of shots being fired.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Forrest Avenue and South Military Road at around 3:15 Sunday morning to look into the report.
The officers located shell casings in the road, and a witness told them that they saw the driver of a red four-door vehicle fire several shots into the air and flee.
There were no injuries reported in the incident, but police are still investigating.
