The Sturgeon Bay Police Department has announced the man accused of stealing an 80-year-old man’s car has been apprehended.
Details of the arrest were not released, but they did confirm that Joseph A. Brown was taken into custody and booked into the Brown County Jail.
Brown reportedly stole the vehicle and was violent toward the victim in the parking lot of a grocery store located on University Avenue in Green Bay.
The vehicle was also towed back to the Sturgeon Bay Police Department.
