Ripon HS Teacher Accused Of Having Sexual Relationship With Student

A former teacher at Ripon High School has made a Fond du Lac County court appearance to face charges she had a sexual relationship with a student.  Twenty-eight-year-old Samantha Fitzpatrick resigned in May.  She has a preliminary hearing scheduled for January 5th.  Fitzpatrick is charged with child enticement and sexual assault of a student by school staff.  The student is a 17-year-old boy.  Ripon police were first contacted last April.  Fitzpatrick denied having an inappropriate relationship with one of her students.  Investigators found 67 phone calls from the boy’s phone to her phone.
