The Sturgeon Bay Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man they believe to have been involved in a battery and robbery case.
The incident reportedly took place in the early morning hours yesterday (June 28th) and saw an individual attack an 80-year-old man, strangle him, and steal his car, a black 2011 Toyota Avalon with the license plate number W-I-T-T-I-G.
The man police to be responsible is Joseph A. Brown.
If you know the whereabouts of Joseph A. Brown, the Sturgeon Bay Police advise you to not approach him, but rather call your local law enforcement agency.
