A 27-year-old Oshkosh man who is facing charges in six separate counties for conducting a scam missed his court date in Winnebago County and now has a warrant out for his arrest.
Mico Miller was scheduled to be in Winnebago Count Court on Wednesday (June 23rd) but failed to show up. Miller now has a warrant out for his arrest, his $20,000 bond has been forfeited, and his attorney has been allowed to withdraw from the case.
Miller is also facing charges in Waupaca, Brown, Shawano, Calumet, and Dane Counties for showing up to people’s homes and offering to reseal their driveway. After he received an initial payment, he would stop partway through and demand more money. When he wasn’t paid, he would disappear.
