A 23-year-old Green Bay man is now facing even more intense charges in the 2020 crash that killed three people.
Abdi Ahmed is still facing Reckless Homicide Charges, but now they have been upgraded from Second Degree to First Degree.
Ahmed was reportedly driving at speeds between 60 and 90 miles per hour on Lombardi Avenue when he hit another car at Bart Starr Road.
That car flipped four or five times, killing 28-year-old Jesse Saldana, 27-year-old Sonia Gonzalez-Guillen, and 57-year-old Sonia Gonzalez.
It is believed by authorities that Ahmed did not brake for the other vehicle, and may have changed lanes without signaling.
