The big question on everyone’s mind right now is which cities will celebrate Memorial Day with a parade, and which will not.
The City of Manitowoc will be hosting a parade, which will begin at 9:00 AM on Monday. The procession will begin at the corner of North 8th Street and Washington Street and will proceed north on 8th Street to Huron Street, where it will turn left and will come to an end at the Veterans Memorial. In Two Rivers meanwhile, there will not be a parade. However, there will be a ceremony held in Central Park at 9:00 AM. There will be a ceremonial firing of the rifles at that location, at the Pioneer Rest Cemetery, and at the Forrest View/Holy Cross Cemetery.
Also, VFW Post 6707 in Kiel will be hosting a parade, which is scheduled to begin at 10:30 AM. You can view a more comprehensible list of events by visiting CubRadio.com/MemorialDay
