A catholic priest who had two separate assignments in Manitowoc will be ordained and installed today (May 20th) as the new Bishop of the diocese of Duluth, Minnesota.
Father Daniel Felton was appointed the new bishop by Pope Francis on April 7th after serving most recently as vicar general and moderator of the curia in the Diocese of Green Bay.
A Watch Party has been organized for 11:00 this morning in the Grand Social Hall at St. Francis of Assisi Parish. A lite lunch will be available with a free-will offering.
