The Crime Prevention Committee is the only City group scheduled to meet in Manitowoc today.
Their meeting will begin at 6:30 PM in the Meeting and Training Room at the Police Department.
The public will be allotted time to voice their input before the Committee receives reports from the treasurer, and updates from the triad, the Police and Sheriff’s Departments, the School resource officer, the City Council, and the Citizens Academy.
Healthiest Manitowoc County will also discuss substance abuse prevention before InCourage gives an update.
The Committee will also discuss the latest scam to hit the area, the COVID-19 vaccination survey scam, before continuing their discussion about the upcoming drug takeback day.
This is the final meeting for the week in the Clipper City.
