A 33-year-old Green Bay man is facing charges for his connection to a drug overdose death last year.
28-year-old Kolin Hughes was found dead on November 3rd by his brother.
Methamphetamine, crushed prescription pills, heroin, and other unknown drugs were found at the scene, and investigators eventually honed in on Alex Kotecki.
He was linked to the delivery of drugs to Hughes’ home after text messages between the two were uncovered discussing the deal.
Kotecki had his bail set in Outagamie County Circuit Court at $200,000 on Wednesday.
He will be back in court on May 25th for his preliminary hearing.
