Man Accused of Killing in Kaukauna Pleads Not Guilty

A man accused of killing a Kaukauna man has pleaded not guilty.

26-year-old Dontae Payne is facing a charge of 1^st Degree Intentional Homicide for the March 30^th death of Brian Porsche.

Police reports indicate that Payne and 29-year-old Tanya Stammer went to the home to confront Porsche, and Payne allegedly shot and killed Porsche before the duo attempted to make it appear as though a robbery occurred.

Stammer was also arrested and has been ordered to undergo a psychiatric review, the results of which will be discussed at a May 17^th hearing.

Payne will be back in court on June 16^th for a status conference.
