Bail is set at $2500 recognizance bond for a 19 -year-old Two Rivers man facing multiple child sex charges.
Jordian T. Ruelle is charged with second-degree Sexual Assault of a Child, Using a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime, and Child Exploitation.
Police say that Ruelle and the victim’s initial conversation was via Facebook Messenger leading to a meeting at Washington Park before going to the minor’s home where they engaged in sexual activity. Several weeks later-Ruelle then allegedly sent the victim an e-mail and attempted to reach out via Snapchat despite being told by authorities not to have “any contact” with her.
He was taken into custody yesterday (Wednesday). Conditions of bail are that Ruelle has “no contact” with the victim or any female under the age of 18 and report to the Manitowoc Police Department for photos and prints. His initial appearance is scheduled for May 17th at 1:30 p.m.
