A program that has helped hundreds of families in Manitowoc County throughout the pandemic has come to an end.
Grow it Forward in Manitowoc has announced that the Farmers to Families Food Box Program, typically held on Monday mornings, is no longer happening due to, in their words, “circumstances beyond our control.”
Those who are still in need of emergency food can schedule an appointment at their on-site pantry, or reach out to any other food pantry in the area.
