A local architecture firm has a new home.
Abacus Architects marked its first day in its new office space on Monday (November 2nd), located at 1320 Niagara Avenue along the Sheboygan River.
The 5,400-square-foot workspace was previously home to the Lakeshore College-Sheboygan Campus and has doubled Abacus’ previous office space.
The new office was designed by Abacus Architect project leads Anne Blanke, an Interior Designer, and Andy Kerwin, who works as a project coordinator.
On how this new headquarters will benefit Abacus, the organization’s Chief Development Officer, David Van Dixhorn, said, “The new environment allows us to cultivate and celebrate our team’s collaborative spirit where we can thrive and best honor our commitment to purposeful architecture…This new office showcases our focus on building relationships through relational architecture.”
Abacus Architects was previously located at 1135 Michigan Avenue.
