A man from Cedar Grove has been arrested for child sex crimes.
56-year-old David Morales was given a $50,000 cash bail on Tuesday (November 3rd) in Ozaukee County court, as he has been charged with one count of Grooming of a Child for Sexual Activity from a Position of Trust and two counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
While few details are available in the case, as the investigation into the matter remains ongoing, court records show that Morales grooming charge stems from an incident on August 29th, while the child pornography charges list October 30th as the offense date.
Additional terms of bail for the 56-year-old include no contact with the victim as well as no contact with anyone under the age of 18.
Morales will now return to court on Monday (November 9th) for his preliminary hearing.
Until then, he remains in custody in the Ozaukee County Jail.
