There are three meetings today (November 5th) in the City of Two Rivers.
Up first is the Explore Two Rivers Board of Directors, which will be in the Committee Room in City Hall at 9:00 a.m.
After looking over this year’s budget, the group will get the latest on the 2027 Marketing Plan.
Then, at 4:30 p.m., the Police and Fire Commission will gather in the Council Chambers, where they will immediately enter a closed session to discuss the hiring of a fire department employee and review the fire and police department eligibility lists.
Closing out the day will be a joint meeting between the Personnel and Finance Committee and Public Utilities Committee.
After hearing input from the public, the group will review the water, wastewater, electric, storm water, solid waste, and telecommunications portions of the 2027 budget.
