A Fond du Lac man has entered his plea for attempting to kill his wife.
41-year-old Justin Hamilton pleaded not guilty to all 16 charges he faces, including two counts of Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, False Imprisonment, Battery, and Intimidating a Victim with the Use or Attempt of Force.
A psychiatric evaluation was ordered as well, as he is being held on a $1.5 million cash bail.
Hamilton allegedly learned that his wife was having an affair, hit her with a baseball bat, stabbed her, and threatened to kill her.
