A Manitowoc man who was arrested in a domestic battery case has entered his plea.
35-year-old Logan Green returned to court last week for his preliminary hearing, as he has been charged with Battery, False Imprisonment, Intimidation of a Victim, and Stalking, with each charge carrying a domestic abuse modifier.
However, at that hearing, he waived his right to a preliminary hearing, instead making the appearance an arraignment where Green entered not guilty pleas to all charges he faces.
Green is said to have punched his ex-girlfriend and held her against her will.
It was also revealed during his bail hearing in September that a recording of the incident by the victim showed the 35-year-old threatening to kill the victim and her parents, and how he planned to do so.
All of this took place as Green was free on a $100,000 personal recognizance bond out of Langlade County, where he faces numerous charges including Sexual Intercourse with a Child, Third-Degree Sexual Assault, and Child Exploitation.
He now returns to court on December 4th.
