A police shooting shut down Highway 175 in Milwaukee overnight.
All lanes of the freeway were blocked in both directions near the Olmstead Way bridge following last night’s incident.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office confirms an investigator was called to the scene of a death.
State transportation officials say the northbound lanes are closed from Vliet Street to Lisbon Avenue, while southbound traffic is blocked from Lisbon Avenue down to West State Street.
