There are three meetings today (November 2nd) in the City of Two Rivers.
The Committee on Aging will start the week off in the Senior Center Library at 8:30 a.m.
They will get their usual monthly reports, including updates from the senior center and recreation department.
Then, at 11:00 a.m., the Board of Appeals will be in the Committee Room in City Hall, where they will hold two public hearings.
The first is regarding an appeal submitted by Sauve’s Auto Service regarding the installation of three signs on the northern façade of the building.
The second was submitted by Metro North Communications Inc. for the placement of a shipping container at 1910 20th Street.
Closing out the day will be the City Council, which will be in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.
After hearing input from the public, the Council will honor the City’s first responders by declaring this week Crash Responder Safety Week.
They will then consider the termination of the City’s contract with Flock Safety before entering a closed session to continue its discussion regarding City Manager Kyle Kordell.
