Manitowoc residents can see what goes into running the City of Manitowoc today.
The Touch the Budget event takes place from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Manitowoc City Hall’s Parking Lot and inside the building.
Attendees will see different vehicles, including fire trucks, city buses, snowplows, and more.
But they will also get to learn about the city’s budget and what goes into fixing vehicles, how much is spent on items like road salt, and what’s recommended in this year’s 2027 budget.
Inside City Hall, guests will be able to walk through the city’s departments, ask questions, and get a chance to meet Mayor Justin Nickels.
More information about today’s Touch the Budget event can be found on the City of Manitowoc’s Facebook page.
