Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce has partnered with BMO to announce the 2026 Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin award.
CLiC Smart Privacy Glass, manufactured by Cardinal IG in Tomah, was crowned the winner at WMC´s Business Day event in Madison.
This product is made with polymer-stabilized cholesteric texture technology to deliver instant privacy and amazing clarity.
The glass is able to switch in milliseconds and maintain transparency at every angle while lasting a lifetime on your windows and doors.
Over 100 products were nominated for the 2026 Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin award, and one by one the pool was narrowed down through popular vote and a bracket-style tournament.
Four finalists were left at the end of the ¨Manufacturing Madness¨ tournament, and CLiC Smart Privacy Glass was able to take home the trophy.
This is the 11th year of the contest, and their goal is to draw attention to the Wisconsin manufacturing industry.
