The Wisconsin Beef Council has donated thousands of beef sticks to youth organizations around the state.
The Council announced that 327 shirts were sold through its United By Beef shirt fundraiser, allowing it to donate more than 10,000 beef sticks to Boys and Girls Clubs around the state, providing nutritious, high-protein snacks to the youth of our state.
The beef sticks were distributed to the Boys & Girls Club of West-Central Wisconsin, Boys & Girls Club of the Tri-County Area, and Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh.
StoneRidge Wholesale Division, LLC, of Coloma, Wisconsin, helped maximize the impact of the fundraising dollars by providing beef sticks at a discounted price.
Kaitlyn Kesler, the Director of Communications and Outreach for the Wisconsin Beef Council, called the fundraiser and donation a “great example of what can happen when Wisconsin’s beef industry and community organizations come together.”
