A Sheboygan man charged with sexual assault of a minor is due in court.
38-year-old Jesse TenPas will be inside a Sheboygan County courtroom today (October 26th) for his arraignment. This comes as TenPas has been charged with multiple counts of First-Degree Child Sexual Assault, Second-Degree Sexual Assault with the Use of Force, and Incest with a Child, along with three counts of Battery.
Few details of the case have been made available, however, court documents reveal that the alleged assaults, which are said to have happened to a victim who is just 9 years old, took place between October of last year and July of this year.
At today’s hearing, the 38-year-old is expected to enter a plea to all nine charges he faces.
At this time, TenPas remains in custody at the Sheboygan County Jail on an unfurnished $750,000 cash bail.
