Mobile Home Park license fees in the City of Manitowoc are going up.
Starting in January next year, they will move from $75 to $100.
City Clerk Mackenzie Reed says the fees haven’t been updated in years, will help cover increased costs, and will put the city in line with other communities of a similar size.
The fee isn’t for mobile home units, but for the parks specifically.
The Common Council approved the updated fees after it passed the City of Manitowoc’s Finance Committee earlier this month.
