World Premiere Wisconsin is coming to Manitowoc and will feature work by a local author.
Grace Heine’s award-winning play, The Immortals Guide to Death, will be playing at Parkview Playhouse.
The play is centered around a trio of vampires trying to live normal lives in Wisconsin.
When the eldest vampire, Henry, who writes murder mystery books for a living, finds out his lost diary has turned up in a museum in Chicago, a young goth girl and his old friend Maggie go on a journey to retrieve it.
Complications lead Henry to confront what his diary and immortality are really worth to him, and through a leap of faith, he decides to write a very different kind of book.
This witty and thoughtful play will be performed from October 23rd to November 1st, with Grace Heines hosting a Q&A after each performance.
