Court hearings have been pushed back again for the Newton man who conspired to have his wife killed.
37-year-old Larry Wallen was inside a Manitowoc County courtroom on Monday (October 19th) for an adjourned initial appearance as he faces one count of Solicitation to Commit First-Degree Intentional Homicide, but that hearing was adjourned again as Wallen was still without legal representation.
However, court records show that later that same day, Attorney Amber Gratz was appointed to represent him, allowing the case to move forward.
The 37-year-old and Christina Seguin have been charged in the case, with prosecutors alleging the duo conspired to have Wallen’s wife killed while the two were in the process of getting divorced.
Wallen will return to court for a third adjourned initial appearance on Monday (October 26th), while Seguin returns on October 29th for her preliminary hearing.
