A preliminary investigation and autopsy show that a southwest Wisconsin police officer died in an accidental drowning.
Muscoda officers responded to an address on Sunday where they found Officer Katelyn Fleischauer in an indoor pool.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
She had been a Muscoda police officer for 12 years.
